ONTARIO / LOCAL PLANNING
Portable stage rental in Cambridge, ON.
For a Cambridge event on City property, submit the special-event application before locking in the stage site. A requested park is not a confirmed booking, and the City issues an approval letter only after it has reviewed the event requirements.
Prepare a stage enquiry
Enquiries are welcome from Cambridge. This is not a local branch. Delivery, equipment, installation scope and timing are confirmed for the event address and date.
The approval letter follows the event review.
Cambridge asks organizers to apply at least two months before a City-property event; some events need longer. Special-event staff identify the permissions and permits for the actual plan, and the City says the requirements must be completed at least two weeks before the event. This process should not be presented as a universal rule for a private indoor venue.
A preferred Cambridge park is not yet a stage site.
The City's booking team confirms whether the requested park is available and suitable. Do not advertise a park event or finalize a delivery route before that confirmation. For a hall or other private site, check loading doors, floor protection and the venue's own approval of the platform instead.
Send the park booking status with the Cambridge brief.
Include the exact park or building, the City's booking response, proposed stage footprint, audience use, access route and event dates including load-in. The stage scope can then be discussed without treating an application as permission to install.
