BRITISH COLUMBIA / LOCAL PLANNING
Portable stage rental in Kamloops, BC.
A Kamloops City-venue event uses different booking forms above and below 100 estimated attendees. At Riverside Park, check the Rotary Bandshell and its event layout before ordering a separate platform.
Prepare a stage enquiry
Enquiries are welcome from Kamloops. This is not a local branch. Delivery, equipment, installation scope and timing are confirmed for the event address and date.
The City splits applications at 100 attendees.
Kamloops asks for a facility booking request using the form for an estimated event size under or over 100 people. Its booking page says applications must generally be submitted at least 60 days in advance and that shorter-notice requests may be declined. The same guidance covers City venues and parks, not an automatic permit conclusion for a private hall.
Riverside Park has an existing performance point.
The City identifies the Rotary Bandshell at Riverside Park as a setting for public programming. Compare that fixed stage with the event's performer area and audience plan. Kamloops' event guidelines also flag extra security review when structures such as stages remain in a park overnight, so teardown timing matters as much as the deck size.
Include overnight plans in a Kamloops enquiry.
Send the booked park or private venue, attendance estimate, whether the bandshell is usable, stage activity, vehicle access and setup/removal dates. If the platform would remain overnight, tell the City and the rental team early so the site plan and security discussion match.
